dmhBGM An R package for Bayesian analysis of graphical models for binary and/or ordinal variables using the Double Metropolis Hastings (DMH) algorithm. Available from the Github repository. This is a clone of an earlier version of bgms that replaces the pseudolikelihood approach with a DMH algorithm. Currently not not under active development.
rbinnet An R package for Bayesian analysis of graphical models for binary variables. Available from the rbinnet Github repository. Replaced by the bgms package.
